Very nice summer hammock because of the open fishing net structure of the hammock which makes them airy and perfect for hot and humid climates. These typical Mexican style hammocks of the Yucatan peninsula are 100% hand made and are in general woven in very lively colours. Although they are woven with a thin cotton thread they have proven to be very flexible and resistant. Advantages: light weight, not bulky so easy to take travelling. Not recommended for small children and babies! The Familial is a perfect size for tall persons or for two persons. As these hammocks are hand crafted, you may notice slight variations in the colors and designs compared with the hammocks shown on this page.
