DetailsA hammock made of fibers from the Tucum palm, that grows on the coast of north-east Brazil. This hammock is made by fishermen that supended the hammock during the day to snooze in. The loose hanging fibers of this hammock form a kind of mattras in the hammock. The cords of this hammock are hand turned. Not the whole fiber is turned which gives this hammock its unusual finish. A very special hammock with a long history.
